Through our Emerging Leaders Institute, UNCFSP will provide the development of a diverse cadre of leaders who are adaptable and can inspire, motivate, and guide others to produce tangible results. The Institute prepares leaders to mentor, challenge the workforce, and demonstrate high standards of honesty, integrity, and respect. Participants will receive both the theoretical knowledge and “real-world” experiences necessary for thorough understanding and increased productivity. The Institute will employ effective and efficient methodologies to allow professionals to achieve a specific set of goals, resulting in a diverse cohort of highly promotable leaders.
